Let us teach you to be completely at home in an alien environment, to safely observe the wildlife and explore this unique underwater world.

Durham City Scuba is a full member of the PADI International Resort and Retailers Association. We are made up of 1 PADI Master Instructor, 1 PADI Scuba Diver Trainer Instructor and 3 PADI Open Water Scuba Instructors, together with the Assistant Instructors and Diver masters we make up the Durham City Scuba Team. We can give you the skills and experience to get the most out of your diving – check out our courses

We also provide many trips to dive sites all over the country and beyond. We regulalrly run trips to the Farne Islands, Beadnell, St Abb’s and Oban. We also run a regular boat out of the Tyne to dive some of our local wrecks off the North East coast. We occasionally have trips to Scapa Flow, Egypt and Malta. All trips are advertised in the News & Updates section of the site and in the forum.
